Police Shoot Complying Black Man And Six Bystanders.
The guy complied, and still got shot. I am going to be honest, I have never had a run-in with the police. But, black people are not safe from them. They shot this guy, and his hands were up. I don't understand why they keep doing the same thing over and over again.
