What’s the problem with a bonnet?

I keep my hair in silk because it’s that precious. Why do everyone got a problem with my bonnet?

I don't think there is anything wrong with wearing a bonnet to me it's just like wearing a turban or a hat. Most women that wear bonnets wear them with fashion in mind.

I have a rough time seeing us going out of the house wearing a bonnet. It reminds me of when people used to go out with shower caps on to keep their jerry curls moist.*shudder* Bonnets are for keeping your hair protected while you sleep.

I have a problem with the vapidity and idiocy of this subject. We carry society who disdains us. Who cares what anyone thinks only how they serve us, our families, our community. Grow up!
