I just watched a video that reminded me about the practice of taking cold showers, which I in part learnt from the book below. The benefits of the practice was to increase my mental focus and toughness, which can be useful in day-to-day life.
This book is good for if want something simple and quick to read on a long journey, before you go to bed, to help you start your day etc.. The added benefit is that it helps to reinforce a constructive positive mindset that can help you in life.
