Her focus was on the year of the car being within the last 3 years (pretty good), rather than being the current year. If the car was 10/15 years old and she had concerns about if it was road worthy then fair enough, but her concern was all about the 'idea'/'prestige' of having the latest model. What would she do in 3 months time/next year? Ask for one that's 2023?

She was being unreasonable and ungrateful for sure. Some women will terrorise men with those types of needless acts of behaving in a spoilt manner. Lol, don't negotiate with terrorists... it's important to be with someone who's reasonable.
