    I want to achieve my ideal weight which is 110 lbs. I do Popsugar and Zumba in alternate days. This work so well with me.

      My main goal is to keep being the type of person who worksout when I'm supposed to day in and day out, because that consistency will help me to maintain what I achieve and take me beyond my personal records. Recently returned to my routines and all is going well so far.

      Then as a by-product I want to increase my strength (e.g. bicep curl 50 Kg), aesthetics and muscle mass. Might seem ambitious but I've been not too far off in the past, and just need to break past plateaus which I know how to do now.
