Creep in a clown mask, 22, is arrested for sexually assaulting and robbing two women in their fifties in California.
Joel Hernandez, 22, is accused of assaulting the women in Victorville earlier this week. He is accused of stealing $500 from the first victim at an ATM in Victorville, and groping another woman.
