I guess that's a good thing. You won't have homeless people defecating and peeing on the sidewalks and the streets. They have services that help the homeless get back on their feet. I remember when I first moved out here. The homeless looked like it was the Night Of The Walking Dead out here.
Coronado, California, has the lowest homeless population in the state. The mayor credited a no-encampment policy and housing resources in curbing the trend
