Man...New York Subways Have Some Crazy Folks On Them.
This man was out of his mind, he went and sat beside some woman, and held her by her hair, and made her sit down next to him. Everybody else on there didn't intervene.
Just another day in new york city safest subway system, where innocent people are being harassed and assaulted.
