Wow...That's amazing. Props to Granny. She really looked out for her family.

Question of the day is taxes. I mean okay she brought the property, but about the taxes. People do that all over. I want to do that. I would just have an entire neighborhood of fine-art people. The whole red-lining thing of the post WWII did that. They literally paid people to move into houses and paid people to move into apartments. Forming the post 1950's ghettos. Then 1980's rolled around and we had the "person attempting to buy somebodies house bit" ( like outta "WaterMelon Man" ) AKA we cleaned-up the neighborhood of gangs and druggies and now you want to come and live here. What sucks the most is how my generation got the shaft because we was raised correctly ( outside of having to witness 9-11 and push the idea of going to war that we do not understand ). Now you see that shift happening with post COVID. Everybody who could took the chance to get cheap apartments while others headed for the suburbs thinking it was Post-Apocolyptic world.

      I see. I didn't think about that.
