Well the thing about owning property, your name has to be on the property. I assume her name was on the deed and she probably paid into it, but I would have to see. In another lawsuit the man was forced to pay for her living accommodations due to her high-end lifestyle. This means uptown posh-apartment, etc so she could keep living normal with her other witches friends. etc. I assume her name was on the deed. Another fact is that you could open a Trust and dodge child-support entirely.
This is why I advise all men to have their so called wives sign prenuptial agreements before they get married that prevents them from going after the assets or anything else. Marriage has and always will be a business. Having children is a business. Keeping her pampered and maintenance like a 1950's car is an investment.
I do not care about love, even if she is on all fours, and invites her daughter, students, co-workers, sister, mother in bed with you, I still would have a prenuptial agreement. Because if a woman is educated, refined, or just a plain gold-digging witch, I could careless about how defenseless she is.
Then again some guys are losers in general and deserve to be robbed of everything they invested in.

IDK the full case, maybe she deserved it, because you have witches out there. Like how some 50+ year old husband seperated from his wife after she wanted a divorce. Now he is on his boat, dancing with 20yos on his _ _ _ _.... Point I am saying women have an expatriation date. Men only expire because of the opposite sex.
