Three police officers let a man drown in the lake. Do you guys think that the cops were right, or wrong? I saw the guy get in the lake himself. Why would you get in a lake, if you can't swim?

Tempe Police officials say fire officials found the body of a man in Tempe Town Lake. The man jumped into the lake after running away from law enforcement earlier in the day.
