Are Black People Attacking Asian People?

I know that many Asians are super racist. However, I really don't like the fact that black people are targeting Asians for attacks. It makes us look bad. How can we talk about the racism we face, and yet, blacks are targeting Asians based on their race? It needs to stop. Now, I'm not sure if the Asian guy was attacked by blacks. However, the crime did happen in Oakland. Like I said, I am not caping for Asians; because I have had many, many run-ins with racist Asians. In fact, they made my life miserable living in the Bay. However, I don't agree with black people attacking them simply for them being Asian. What are you all's thoughts on the matter?
