The past is always the past. When it comes to history we need to move forward, But some Countries still live in the past and will not apologize in past transgressions (Belgium). I understand there are other nations share this same arrogance. We need to keep the pressure and tell the former masters to leave and that we are in charge of our own destiny. Only then we will be free.
