I just made a thread similar to this one. However, in this one, China threatens war after US lawmakers visited Taiwan. The U.S. better know what they are doing.

This is such a shame to see.

War is an expensive thing and neither China's or the US's economy need one right now. China's economy may take the bigger hit in the short term if war breaks out, but the US might not be that far behind. What are your thoughts?

I think that the U.S. is provoking China to war. I'm not sure what's going on with the U.S., but China is nothing to play with. Like you said, it will be costly to both sides if war does break out.
