Personally I think the stand your ground laws need to be over checked again. As this post stated he tried to use the stand your ground law as accordance to the law in that state. But because of the color of his skin he obviously got the full sentence. If they can't uphold to the standard of that law the standard Ground lawn must be abolished effective immediately. If the state cannot uphold that law for the common person that the law should not exist no matter what color you are.
