I wonder what kind of offer is the United States expecting?
While Russia is outwardly considering a prisoner swap to send American basketball star Brittney Griner back to the United States, the State Department is tamping down expectations.
Probably arms dealer for arms dealer. I think they don't view Brittney too highly as well because if I remember correctly she wasn't 'patriotic' enough for the US government's wishes.
