Thank you for sharing this post. As I could understand from the funding for FIFA the organization in itself is incredibly scandalous with multiple forms of corruption that goes beyond even the Olympics itself . Let me put this in a perspective the stadium that they created for FIFA alone has multiple corruption charges towards migrant workers . Not only that those migrant workers died trying to build that Stadium .they continued to keep building until the stadium was complete. May the thoughts and prayers of their families have some form of closure. I really love the FIFA World Cup but let's be honest we need to start considering better bidding when it comes to different countries that want to host the FIFA World Cup that have better human rights laws .

This is so true, the corruption goes deep. As long as the voting system can be circumvented by bribes the corruption will continue, so some type of automated and open-source voting system may be a solution.

My thoughts go out to the families of the migrants.
