Thank you for posting this , in my country in Canada they have something very similar to this including the proposal to help out hydrogen production from Canada to the EU as well it's more like blue hydrogen but not really green hydrogen. I highly recommend looking up the designations for the color code system for hydrogen when you have the time . Other than that we also have something similar to a carbon tax as well that goes towards EV production EV charging stations including green technologies that could be used for Industries including power stations as well like renewable energies or if possible nuclear energy.

Thanks for saying that. I'm often skeptical when I hear things like first in the world, nut naturally because most people only have access to their nation's media they can't cross check with other sources. I'll look into the colour code system for hydrogen for sure.
