I know one thing, California's homeless problem is out of control. I don't remember seeing hardly any homeless people when I lived in Virginia. I moved out to Cali, and I was dumbfounded at all of the homeless people that I saw.
It should be embarrassing to California officials that while their state deals with a seemingly intractable homelessness crisis, red states don’t have similar problems.
