Law enforcement critical of Biden telling cops not to shoot to kill: 'Every right to use deadly force'.
I understand cops have a hard job. But, it seems like they always seem to use deadly force; even when the circumstance doesn't warrant it. They use deadly force on people in wheel chairs. Especially, when the person is black.
