Austin doesn’t know when it’ll fully restore power as hundreds of thousands of Texans remain in the cold.
I tell you, it's a terrible feeling to not have any power. Out here in the Oakland, we had that happen to us a few times. The terrible thing about what's going on in Austin TX, they don't know when power will be restored.
