    Man, California is getting pummeled by storms. It was raining very heavy yesterday, as well as it being super windy outside.

    The latest spate of harsh wintry weather churning from the Pacific bore down on storm-weary California on Tuesday (March 21), with forecasters warning of wind gusts reaching hurricane force, accompanied by torrential rain and heavy mountain snow. In Capitola, storm chaser Jim Tang from San Francisco stopped along Cliff Drive overlooking the damaged Capitola Wharf and Pacific Ocean to survey what he referred to as a bomb cyclone.
