Jeffrey Epstein's death was suicide with no outside involvement, DoJ report rules - but inadequate security cameras and staff shortages in prison enabled him to hang himself.
Do y'all think that Jeffrey Epstein hung himself in a prison cell? I guess he did, but I think that it would be kind of hard to do something like that in prison.
