Thank you for sharing this. In Canada we're having the same situation for black owned businesses in the area in Ontario or other surrounding locations in Canada. The factor that they bring up is that the covid-19 stimulus really didn't work for a lot of black owned businesses properly because there were a number of factors that were in play. With strings attached to any form of help always causes the second-guessing of any business owner or a person who is just looking for work like this article you're talking about. It's getting harder and harder to make better decisions for ourselves but we have to figure out different ways in order to survive. I'll see if I can find that video that I was talking about from the news.
