I think that Derek Carr is a decent quarterback. What do y'all think? Do y'all think that any other team will want him in a trade?
The Raiders have not given Carr or his agent, Tim Younger, permission to speak with other teams regarding a potential deal. 'I'm just abiding by the rules,' Carr said on Thursday.
