Former white Michigan cop will stand trial for murder after fatally shooting black man Patrick Lyoya in the back of his head during a scuffle over his Taser.
I hope that he gets jail time for shooting that unarmed black man....
Christopher Schurr, 31, will face trial for fatally shooting Patrick Lyoya, 26, at a traffic stop on April 4, Judge Nicholas Ayoub ruled on Monday. He has been charged with second-degree murder.
